Thank you Rev. Billy Graham: A Life Well Lived

**I do not own the rights to this photo.**

Hello everyone.

I wanted to dedicate today's blog to the Rev. Billy Graham. A man who loved God and loved people. A man I have always admired. He brought a message of love, peace and unity to a world that need it so much! He had been a spiritual adviser to every president since Mr. Eisenhower. Yes, he made his share of mistakes just like all of us but his message of love never changed. He never got political, even if he did not necessarily agree with the man sitting across from him in the oval office.

Former President Bill Clinton remarked, "He talked to me, not at me." Former President George H. W. Bush said, "He was a great source of comfort for Barbara and I. We presidents, we need that." He was a great source of comfort and hope for many because he brought with him the only Source of hope and comfort there is, Jesus Christ.

I, for one, can't wait to meet him in Heaven!

Oh if those coming after him could learn from his example! I admonish them to offer the same gospel that this man of God did for more than 50 years. I admonish them to turn from the politico-religious-right track they are going down and go back to the gospel in its purest and most authentic form! If the late Rev. Billy Graham did not head down that track, I know it was for a good and sound reason. What he did worked, follow his lead! I fear what may happen if they do not.

I will leave you with a quote and additional photo from the very wise Rev. Billy Graham:

Thank you Mr. Graham!

Until next time,

Elizabeth
